Why am I paying for credits I never use?
Because your allocation is bigger than your usage. The farm sends credits for your full share, you pay for them at a discount, and the extra credits pile up on your account instead of lowering the bill.

This is fixable: the allocation can be resized to your real usage. We size your allocation from your actual 12 months of usage, and we know which farms allocate well and which do not. We are known for getting customers the best allocation.
