Why can't I find the community solar credit on my bill?
Either it has not started yet — credits appear within the next 2-3 billing cycles — or it is listed under another name, such as a net crediting, solar or value stack credit, often on page 2 of the bill.

Send us a copy of the bill and we will point to the exact line. If the credit really is missing, when a credit is late or missing, we go back to the solar farm ourselves and work it out. Most companies hand you a phone number and leave you stuck between the utility and the farm; we do not. That is what we are known for.
