I'm with a community solar company I don't recognise — what do I do?
First check your bill for a community solar credit and any separate subscription bill, which will name the company. Then contact that company directly to ask what you signed up for; you can cancel a community solar subscription with no fee.

Door-to-door signups are the usual reason people find a company they do not remember. We never knock on doors, never ask for payment and never ask for a credit card. You keep your existing utility and keep getting your normal utility bill.
